Very similar in construction to device #1, but the propellant was Dextrose fueled:
63% Potassium Nitrate
27% Dextrose
Fused with a meal-IO twisted paper fuse.
Little thrust.
The device ignited, again with about 1-2 seconds delay (those fuses are lethally fast - must use longer pieces next time).
There was little or no thrust generated. The rocket slapped about a little in the launch tube, but basically did nothing until burnout.
